This week, we've seen a slight change in Lehigh's coaching staff worthy of mention. Defensive line coach Mark Fetterman accepted a job coaching high school football in Delaware, and to replace him Lembo convinced Jay Bateman , formerly of the University of Richmond, to rejoin him. Bateman joins Lembo and defensive coordinator Shannon Morrison, who worked with both of them at Hampden-Sydney. More recently, he was the head coach at the now-defunct Siena football team. In the press release, it was also noted that Bateman signed 4 scholarship players at Richmond - pretty impressive. It sounds like this is a completely amicable split with Fetterman, and reunion with Bateman. Welcome aboard, Jay.
